Return Policy
Customers may return unused product in good condition for a full refund of the merchandise cost within 30 days of the purchase date.
Customers can expect a refund to their credit card within 7 to 14 days of our receiving the returned piece(s). prēn� will be responsible
for shipping costs associated with the return of defective products. For shipping costs associated with non-defective, authorized returns, the
customer will pay the cost of shipping.
Prior to returning a product, a customer must contact prēn� customer service by e-mailing
customerservice@prengear.com. The customer will receive a return authorization number
(RA#) at the time of this first contact. The RA# MUST be clearly marked on the outside of the returned package or the package will not be accepted.
All returns should be sent to the address received during contact with prēn� customer service.
Shipping Policy
prēn� will choose the best carrier to serve the address within the Continental U.S. to which the order is to be shipped.
All ground-shipped orders will be charged at the rate published on the site or in other collateral materials. Air or other expedited
orders (as requested by buyer) will be charged at a separate rate.
Cancellation policy
Orders may be cancelled up to 48 hours from the original order. In specific cases, orders may be cancelled thereafter by direct
contact to customerservice@prengear.com.
